2. Use of Services

Our logistics and transport management software is licensed for legitimate enterprise transport and freight management purposes. Users agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to our APIs, servers, or client applications.

3. Driver Mobile Application

Drivers utilizing the Haulage Focus Driver application must operate vehicles safely in compliance with all relevant road traffic laws. Software interactions must only be conducted when the vehicle is parked safely.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, platform architectures, designs, trademarks, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Eastern Web Ltd.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
